Frequently Asked Questions

When do PF and ESI become mandatory?

PF applies at 20 or more employees; ESI applies at 10 or more employees where salary is up to Rs.21,000 per month. Voluntary registration earlier is possible and sometimes advisable for hiring credibility.

What changes under the new Labour Codes?

The four Codes consolidate 29 laws and, on implementation, change the definition of wages - typically increasing PF and gratuity outgo. We model the CTC impact before the switch so there are no surprises.

Do you handle monthly payroll compliance?

Yes - PF/ESI returns, professional tax, TDS on salaries with Form 24Q, and year-end Form 16 issuance as one integrated monthly cycle.
